Salted Caramel Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies - A Taste of Madness

Indulge in the irresistible combination of rich cocoa, Nutella, chocolate chips, and caramel, all wrapped up in a soft cookie with a hint of flaky sea salt. These cookies are a delightful treat that's worth every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup Nutella

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts walnuts or pecans

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet


Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a bowl using a whisk


Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a different large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy


Put the Nutella in and mix it in well


Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well


Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing only until everything is well combined


Add the chocolate chips and chopped toasted nuts and mix them in


Place cookie dough spoonfuls on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie


Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is still a little soft


Sprinkle caramel sauce over each cookie as soon as you take them out of the oven, while they're still warm


For the last touch, sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top of each cookie


For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet


Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

The Pepperoni Pizza Stack is a mouthwatering twist on classic pizza. It's a flavorful and cheesy stack of pizza layers filled with pepperoni, veggies, and spices, creating a delightful combination of textures and flavors in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking


With a little flour on the surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle that is about 1/4 inch thick


Put half of the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper


Spread half of the pizza sauce out on the dough, making sure to leave a little space around the edges


Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce


Spread out half of the pepperoni slices, olives, banana peppers, green bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms on top of the cheese


Add crushed red pepper flakes and half of the dried oregano, if you like


On top of the toppings, put the other half of the rolled-out dough


Add a little olive oil to the top layer of dough and use a fork to seal the stack by pressing the edges of the two layers of dough together


On top of the second layer of dough, do the same thing again with the rest of the sauce, cheese, toppings, and seasonings


Put the pizza stack in an oven that has already been heated


Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned


Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes


Then cut it into pieces and serve

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of spice cake mix

  • 1 can 15 ounces of pumpkin puree

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners


In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and the can of pumpkin puree


Stir until well combined and the batter is smooth


Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full


Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean


Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red quinoa, rinsed and drained

  • 2 cups butternut pumpkin, peeled and cubed

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C


Put 2 cups of water and red quinoa in a saucepan


Slowly raise the heat, cover, and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until the quinoa is done and the water is absorbed


Use a fork to fluff it up, then set it aside


Put butternut pumpkin cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Add pepper and salt


For 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft and lightly browned, roast it in an oven that has already been heated


Toast the butternut pumpkin, add the quinoa, red onion slices, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds to a large bowl


Whisk the last tablespoon of olive oil and the balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl


Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to mix


If you think it needs it, add more salt and pepper


Add fresh parsley on top, and serve hot or at room temperature
